a slice of pizza

What's your favorite cheese?
I hate to say it but Velveeta in those individual slices...

What's your favorite fish?
Tuna, cod, flounder and I've also been recently enjoying tilapia...

What's your favorite fruit?
Without a doubt, apples...romas, macintosh, granny smith, royal galas, red delicious, their all so good...

When, if ever, did you start liking olives?
black olives only...when I started working at Taco Bell...1986

When, if ever, did you start liking beer?
I don't...unless it's one of those girlie beers like Smirnoff Ice or something

When, if ever, did you start liking shellfish?
I don't

What was the best thing your mum/dad/guardian used to make?
My grandmother made the best fried chicken

What's the native specialty of your home town?
It's sad to say that I've never had it, but Vineland is the Dandelion capital of New Jersey and people put them in salads and stuff. Welch's grape juice originated in Vineland.

What's your comfort food(s)?
buttered macaroni, fried matzoh or double-stuf oreos

What's your favorite type of chocolate?
Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, though I'm currently on a Cadbury Cream Egg kick while they're still around this year

How do you like your steak?
Medium well

How do you like your burger?
Well-done

How do you like your eggs?
Scrambled

How do you like your potatoes?
french fried

...not at all...except cappucino Jelly Belly jelly beans

Snapple Peach flavored (with some peach schnapps preferrably)

It used to be my old mug that my Aunt Bette got me from Bermuda, but that got smashed a few years ago (one of a few casualties during the couple times that mugs and glasses exploded on me when coming out of the dishwasher (creating my "stigmata" in my right palm)).

What's your biscuit or cookie of choice?
Double-Stuf Oreos

What's your ideal breakfast?
I don't usually eat breakfast, due to lack of time, but given the choice...a full buffet with bacon, eggs, pancakes, blueberry muffins, a bagel with cream cheese, assorted fruit juices, sliced melon medley (watermelon, canteloupe, honeydew), and maybe even a small bowl of cold cereal (Frosted Flakes or Frankenberry).

What's your ideal sandwich?
BLT, white toast, mayo

What's your ideal pizza (topping and base)?
Pepperoni and black olives
Green peppers, onions and mushrooms
White with chicken
Hawaiian

What's your ideal pie (sweet or savory)?
lemon meringue or key lime

What's your ideal salad?
either like the mandarin chicken one at Wendy's (every restaurant seems to have a copy for it) or:
mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, cheese, sunflower seeds, croutons, cheddar goldfish crackers, raisins, ranch dressing.

What food(s) do you always like to have in the fridge?
apples

What food do you always like to have in the freezer?
Stouffers salisbury steak or swedish meatballs
Rita's water ice

What food do you always like to have in the cupboard?
Pop-tarts. Triscuits

What spices can you not live without?

Grocery store

every couple of weeks to once a month

I haven't a clue.

probably our Kitchen-Aid Mixer

What's the last piece of equipment you bought for your kitchen?
Paul got the can-opener (an EZ Can style one)...we're going to be getting lots of stuff for the new kitchen once it's finished.

What piece of kitchen equipment could you not live without?
The apple-corer/slicer...I love my apple slices with peanut butter!

How many times a week/month do you cook from raw ingredients?
I rarely get the chance to cook, though I'm hoping to do it a couple times a week in the new kitchen

What's the last thing you cooked from raw ingredients?
New Year's Eve: the pastry puffs with roasted mushrooms and peppers

What meats have you eaten besides cow, pig and poultry?
lamb (Moroccan restaurants) and goat (in a taco at a Mexican restaurant last year)

What's the last time you ate something that had fallen on the floor?
I just can't do that...

What's the last time you ate something you'd picked in the wild?
Probably berries as a kid. I'm not much of an 'in the wild' person.

Wendy's. Single cheeseburger, baked potato, small chili OR the Mandarin chicken salad

Philadelphia. Morimoto's. Jones. Mixtu. Cheap Art Cafe.

iced water or a lemon-lime soda...

tomorrow morning...that would be maybe a Slim-Fast meal bar while I'm heading out the door...

My birth gramma made the best cookie. Birth Mom was marange kisses. Birth Grandpa made the best balony sammiches.... but my Momma now makes the best meatballs.

American. Or mozzarella (sp?)

Uh... Gee wiz... I dunno... Probably when I was like 12ish and my dad let me have some of his. But I was drinking champagne and wine before that.

Have to thank aunt kathy there... she got me hooked on seafood. I was about 12

Everything my Mom cooks is excellent. She's the best cook... EVER!

Dark chocolate... chocolate truffles... chocolate mousse... Chocolate cake... Hersheys Chocolate... Godiva Chocolate... Yummm

Well done... being as when you ask for well it's still a bit pink.

Over hard

Cream and two sugars. Just like Daddy.
Cappuccino however, is a different story. I like it flavored and with a little bit of sugar, if any.

I like it best when Chris makes it.

I always loved the mug my dad had with fonzi on it... But my current favorite is the one with my name on it. Daddy got it for me at Hershey park.

Sugar cookies! Or pizzelles (Now, I know I spelt that one wrong)... yum

My moms french toast... Oh my god does she make THE BEST french toast.

What's your ideal sandwich?
Cheesesteak. Extra cheese.

Extra cheese. Sometimes I'll get mushrooms and pepperonni

Moms apple pie... or Blueberry pie... Yummmmy!!!!

Hrmm... None of that funky green leave business. Just plain iceburg lettuce, carrots, green peppers (none of that red pepper yellow pepper mess either), cucumbers, Mandarin oranges... and maybe some of them chinese noodle things . Also, plain italian dressing will do.

What food(s) do you always like to have in the fridge?
Pickles... we always seem to be out of pickles...

What food do you always like to have in the freezer?
ice cream... some type of a stir fry... and popcicles

What food do you always like to have in the cupboard?
Pink milk mix... with the bunny... and doritos

What spices can you not live without?
Cinnimon, Garlic, Salt, and pepper.

What sauces can you not live without?
Mom makes good spaghetti sauce...

Shop-rite

Uh... Every other week.

What's the most you've spent on a single food item?
Beats the hell out of me! I do however think it is outragous that they charge $7 per shrimp cabob at the seafood festival.

uh... the stove?

A cookie press... for my homemade sugar cookies... -polishes fingernails on shirt- I get it from my momma!

Um... everything we cook in this house is from raw ingredients... and we cook 6 days a week...

I made Chris a steak dinner... Had to make the marinade and all that jazz

I refuse to eat wierd animals.... beef, pork, and poultry are just fine with me. But god only knows what the meat in chinese food really is.

I probably dropped my toast or something... and didnt feel like making more... My floors are clean thank you!
