Update on Dunkin' Donuts post...

We received the following letter:

Dear Mr. Sungenis,

We are sorry to learn of the circumstances that lead you to contact us and would like to thank you for taking the time to inform us about your experience at the Dunkin' Donuts shop located at 360 N. Delsea Dr. in Vineland, NJ.

As you may know, the majority of our shops are individually owned and operated businesses. As an independent owner, the franchisee is responsible for all the day-to-day operational aspects of their business. All employees at the shop are employees of the franchisee who hires, trains and supervises all shop personnel.

We will notify the appropriate people and take the necessary steps to address the problems you encountered and hope your next visit to Dunkin' Donuts will be more enjoyable.

At Dunkin' Donuts we value our customers and are committed to making your visits to our stores and use of our products a pleasant experience. Please accept our apologies and the enclosed gift as a gesture of our appreciation.

the enclosed gift was four coupons each for a free coffee. Paul and I don't drink coffee, so we gave these to our employees at the movie theatre.

We will continue to patronize Dunkin' Donuts' other locations, but will still not return to the N. Delsea Dr/Vineland, NJ location until THEY send us a response as well (Paul sent them a copy of the original letter).
