Whoo-Hoo!

AVENGERS/JLA #4

Written by Kurt Busiek; art and cover by George Pérez.

Celebrate the finale of the biggest crossover in comics history. The World's Greatest team-up of Earths' Mightiest Heroes climaxes with the fate of both universes hanging in the balance. Co-published with Marvel Comics.

48 pages, $5.95, in stores on Dec. 31.

(I know that others are posting this cover as well, but it is just too cool not to...).

ROSE & THORN #1

Written by Gail Simone; art by Adriana Melo and Dan Green; cover by Adam Hughes.

A new mini-series written by Gail Simone. A radical new psychiatric therapy is tested to the limits when girls' dormitory inmate Rhosyn Forrest unleashes a second personality on an unsuspecting Metropolis! One woman, two people: the sweet, innocent Rose…and the deadly, dangerous Thorn.

32 pages, $2.95, in stores on Dec. 17.

(I've always been fascinated by MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder) and this book sounds like it could be a cool exploration into this old-school character).

TEEN TITANS #6

Written by Geoff Johns; art and cover by Mike McKone and Marlo Alquiza.

The JLA has promised to keep out of the Teen Titans' business - but promises are made to be broken. Much like arms, according to Starfire.

32 pages, $2.50, in stores on Dec. 10

(okay, it's your typical clash of the, pardon the expression, Titans...and I know they did this type of thing back in early part of the Marv Wolfman/George Perez run, too, but it's just such a cool cover...I like that Geoff Johns includes Jay here since he's got Wally tied up in his own book for now).

There are others besides these three, but they are the ones that most jumped out at me!
